The Ranch at Latham
Wedding Packages
All packages include: 100 pounds of ice for the event (additional bags available for $3 each), trash bags with removal, 300 white chairs, fourteen 6' foot long folding tables, twelve 5' folding tables, one 8' foot long table, two 5' foot tables picnic tables, 6 glass-top tables, 23 wagon wheel bar tables with 92 bar stools, cowhide rugs, fully equipped Bluetooth sound systems, and a big-screen TV with satellite access. Also included are twelve 6' white round tables, two 6' white folding tables, four 8' white folding tables, along with numerous whiskey barrels, outdoor doors, old windows, and miscellaneous décor items available for use.
The bar space includes a gas grill, several ice chests, a full-sized ice bin, a sink, and a small fridge. There is also a separate full-sized food storage refrigerator. All indoor spaces are air-conditioned and temperature controlled.
All packages require a 50% deposit to secure the event date, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to the event, along with a refundable $500 damage deposit.
